Doctor of economics. Lecturer at Road and Bridge Research Institute in Warsaw and Department of Transport in Collegium of Management and Finance in Warsaw School of Economics. In 2012-2013 holder of the fellowship of the Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia (FCT) in Lisbon where he worked in Lisbon School of Economics and Management (ISEG) and National Laboratory for Civil Engineering (LNEC). His research interests include sustainable transportation, transport economics, implementation of transport policies and the concept of smart cities, that is the main subject of his doctoral dissertation. Graduated BA and MA from Faculty of Administration and Social Sciences in Warsaw University of Technology as well of postgraduate studies in Kozminski University on research project management and commercialization of research results and Warsaw School of Economics in the area of management and financing of road Infrastructure. Certified IPMA (International Project Management Association) Project Management Associate (IPMA Level D).
