Consultant of the World Bank, PhD student at the Warsaw School of Economics (the College of Economic Analysis), a graduate of Economics at the Warsaw School of Economics and Mathematics at the University of Warsaw. He works on the economic modeling (with econometric and general equilibrium models CGE and DSGE), regard to climate and fiscal policy – what is also dedicated to his thesis. Co-built WiseEuropa’s models: MEWA, VESPA, COSIMO, PLANE, DyStANCE, also participated in the construction model PLACE under the supervision of the World Bank. Author and co-author of many studies and articles on the impact of climate policy on the economy and labour market.
