Aleksander focuses on sustainable transformation and its effects on economic development, regional and industrial policy. He specializes in quantitative and qualitative assessments of the impact of public policy on the economy and coordinates several WiseEuropa projects at the European and national level. These include initiatives focused on long-term climate strategies, industry decarbonisation and CCUS technology. In recent years, Aleksander has coordinated projects aimed at supporting the Polish public administration in the preparation of long-term buildings renovation strategy and the strategy for the transformation of the economy towards climate neutrality. He holds a master’s degree in economics from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
