Magdalena gained her first experience in the non-governmental sector as a volunteer, district leader, then as a regional coordinator, local cooperation coordinator and internal trainer in the Noble Box (Szlachetna Paczka) project.

She has been working as a professional fundraiser for several years. She worked directly with the business partners of the WIOSNA Association and the Polish Humanitarian Action. Magdalena was also responsible for cooperation with individual donors at PAH, and coordinated the Foundation’s strategic projects regarding the policy of managing financial resources and the development of the CRM system.
