At WiseEuropa, Agata is responsible for the HR department at 360°. She responds to the needs of employees and supports managers. Agata’s areas of activity is recruitment, oboarding and cooperation with other departments in HR matters.
Agata practices knowledge about human resources, the improvement of the company’s policy on personnel issues and employment and compensation regulations.
Agata graduated law at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. She postgraduated at the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of Human Capital Management. Agata loves working with and for people.
