Doctor of social sciences in the discipline of political sciences and public policy, a graduate of the Institute of Political Science and International Relations at the Jagiellonian University and the University of Duisburg-Essen in Germany, and a graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology in postgraduate studies “Distributed energy sources and energy storage – energy communities”.
Anna has cooperated as an expert with a number of institutions, including the Polish Hydrogen Alliance at the Ministry of Climate and Environment as a member of the working group, the International Republican Institute (IRI) as a participant in the Transatlantic Security Initiative, and the Distributed Energy Competence Network a member of the Legislation Team. She is currently an E.DSO expert at the European Technology & Innovation Platform Smart Networks for Energy Transition (ETIP SNET) and an expert at the Ignacy Lukasiewicz Institute for Energy Policy. Anna is the author of numerous scientific publications, expert reports and projects in the field of energy transition and energy security policy with a focus on the European area, German-speaking countries and the Visegrad Group.
