This report presents the results of the study ‘The analysis of experience and good practices in supporting the development of digital competence in the context of preparing for a detailed implementation of the Digital Poland operational program for the years 2014 – 2020 and the coordination of the thematic target 2014’ organized by Warsaw Institute for Economic Studies and Centrum Cyfrowe Projekt: Polska, commissioned by the Minister of Infrastructure and Development.

The purpose of the study was to assess existing initiatives pertaining the development of digital competence in Poland, with particular emphasis on the effectiveness of ongoing projects, as well as to identify standards and good practices in force in the process of building digital competence.
