On 16 March 2023, during the Polish Climate Congress, the WiseEuropa Foundation was honoured with the Energy Transition Leader 2023 award.
The title was awarded for the Strategy for the development of CO2 capture, transport, utilisation and storage technologies and the piloting of the Polish CCUS cluster project, implemented together with the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków and the Polish Ministry of Economic Development and Technology. The competition jury included representatives of the Polish Climate Congress, the Polish National Energy Conservation Agency (KAPE) and the Industrial Development Agency.
