Head of the Finance Team at WiseEuropa. She has over 10 years of experience in financial and project management in the NGO and SME sectors. At WiseEuropa, she is responsible for budget planning and control, cash-flow and forecasting, financial policies and procedures, compliance with funders’ guidelines, and audit preparation. She manages the end-to-end financial cycle of domestic and EU projects, from budgeting, through monitoring and reporting, to financial settlement, audit, and closure.
She builds clear processes and work standards, streamlines document flows and management reporting, and supports data-driven decision-making. She collaborates with the Management Board, programme teams, partners in Poland and abroad, and auditors. She values responsibility, timeliness, and partnership-based communication.
