An inspiring study tour was conducted in early April as part of the COMMENCE project. Bringing together experts from Slovakia, Czechia, Poland, and Hungary, this tour offered a fantastic opportunity to learn about the development and challenges of Renewable Energy Communities (RECs) in Austria.
Dr Krzysztof Fal – lawyer, energy market expert. He has gained an experience from both public and private sector. In public sector, he was responsible for managing unit in the Ministry of Climate and Environment responsible for issues related to energy security, functioning of the energy wholesale market and infrastructure development.
His scientific interest is focused on the issues related to the energy transformation and the impact of climate policy on the evolution of energy markets and innovations.
